RELATIONSHIP MARKETING
Advertising and Monetizing is changing in cyberspace. The larger publishers are stepping away from the search engine’s tiered payment system. The demand for better graphics, better ads, and more ROI has changed the way large publishers manage their online sites.

OVERVIEW
Axiom 9 entered into a relationship with an online advertizing company clicksor in 2009. They were looking for social networking sites to place advertisements on. Axiom9 managed three publications, but none suited their needs, including client websites.
OBJECTIVE
The objective was to create a social network that could work as both a showcase of our skills, and satisfy the needs of the agency. The result was TaGGme.com, a place for freelance professionals to showcase their talents.

SOLUTION
The project demanded us to step back and consider several options. Our first objective was to build the website as fast as possible. The second was to make it user friendly and social enough to keep members returning.
The third was creating an advertising platform that was not too intrusive and did not alienate members.
RESULTS
TaGGme was created to support popunders and minor ‘in line’ ads. We created several ‘consumer demographic focused’ frontpages. Each of these was light enough to lower bandwidth use, but had the graphic impact needed to encourage users to click through to the website.
We chose an opensource software platform and customized it to fit our needs. This enabled us to build the entire website in less than 3 weeks.
We veered away from the typical squeeze page, landing page, or sign up page. Our goal was to make visitors feel that they had reached the home page of the site, and were clicking through to a specific page.
This resulted in an instant acceptance from the advertising agency, and an expected return of our investment within four months.
